Ruskin Methodist Preschool & VPK

The Ruskin Methodist Preschool & Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) is licensed by Hillsborough County to provide daycare and instructional services for children who are one year old to preschool age.

• Approved VPK provider
• Two VPK classes each year
• One-year-old classroom
• Two two-year-old classrooms
• Three-year-old & four-year-old classroom, for those that do not turn four prior to September 1st

Hours of operation:

• Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 6:00 pm
• VPK classes follow the Hillsborough school schedule
• Preschool closed on select holidays



• Breakfast, lunch and two snacks are provided each day. We accept both self-pay and School Readiness for payment. Drop-in service is available for preregistered children who have been approved by the director. VPK classes are free to the parent(s). VPK students can remain at the daycare after VPK for a fee.
