ALFA - Assisted Living Facility Affirmation

ALFA is a Thursday morning 10-10:30 AM Church Service at Homewood Assisted Living in Sun City Center. There is trivia, music, and a devotion each week led by Pastor Tom.

Prayer Quilters Ministry

Can you sew a straight line? The Prayer Quilters Ministry needs you!   The Prayer Quilters meet on the second Wednesday of each month at 10 am.


This ministry makes quilts that are given to relatives and friends needing love and comfort. The quilts are prayed over with many prayers for the church congregants, so that the quilt may cover those who receive it with love and peace.

R.O.C.K. KIDS

This outreach ministry is geared toward our community with activities that include Fall Fest, Breakfast with Santa, Easter Egg Hunt, and Vacation Bible School.


There are opportunities to lead the Children’s Sermon and Junior Church.

Thrift Store

An important ministry to the community and our church.


Thrift Store work day is Tuesday 10-2:00 PM.

Store Hours are Friday & Saturday 9-1:00 PM.

Picnic in the Park

This ministry is focused on feeding the homeless in the local park along the Ruskin Inlet.

Every 1st and 2nd Monday of each month from 4-5:00 PM in the park.

Gracious Grocer

Dinner in a bag that is available in the back pew by the church office. Non-perishable food for two.


Everyone is welcome to take a bag for a friend, neighbor, or family member who may need a break from shopping.


This month we are collecting the following:

  • Instant mashed potatoes
  • Boxed stuffing
  • Evaporated milk
  • Fruit cocktail
  • Jell-O
  • Dessert mixes that require only water
  • Biscuit mixes that require only water or milk
  • Turkey or chicken gravy mixes
  • Canned or jarred pasta sauces


Please keep in mind: Each bag is intended to provide 2–4 servings. Super-sized or family-sized products do not work well for our bags, so please choose regular-sized packages whenever possible.


Donations can be left on the back pew by the church office.
